Plastic Bag Recycling (Fundraiser)

Please encourage students and others to recycle their plastic bags. Bring them to room 33 (for now) and put them by the counter. For every 60 gallon filled collection bag we fill the school gets $5.00. So let's do it to earn money for our school, and help kids understand the value of recycling plastic.

Box Tops Reminder

We are collecting box tops! We would like to make it a little more interesting. The first Friday of each month, we will be rewarding the student who turns in the most box tops for that month. Be sure to label your box tops. Remember, box tops help out our school by allowing us to purchase playground equipment. Thanks for your support!

See's Candies Fundraiser

Watch for See’s Candies fundraiser packets to be coming home next week with your student(s).
We are very excited about this fundraiser and hope to do well for our school. A great opportunity for family,friends,neighbors, and co-workers to order See's candy for the holidays without having to visit the store!! And supporting our school at the same time. All fundraiser orders and money are due back to the school no later than Monday Nov. 17th! Thank You for your continued support! We will offer several $5 Christmas candy items as well as everyone’s favorite See’s variety boxed chocolates. Everyone is sure to find one of their favorites See’s has to offer! Reflections Contest 2008

Reflections was a huge success this year -- We had some amazing entries from some very talented Roy Elementary students! MARK YOUR CALENDAR... Tuesday, November 11th from 6:30 - 7 is the Reflections Open House and Awards Ceremony. Please come and support our young artists as we announce the winners and hand out the cash and prizes. The entries will remain out for everyone to see during parent/teacher conferences. (6th grade entries are all at Roy Junior High to be judged, and their awards ceremony will be in December. As soon as we have more information on this, we will pass it on to the 6th graders.)
